*1. What payment method do we accept right now?

1) We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

*2. What CURRENCY are we using for the items?

All the items are in US Dollars. You could transfer the currency in your PayPal account. If any needs, you could email the PayPal company for help.

*3. Can you ship the item to our country?

We ship to North America (US, Canada), Europe(UK & other European countries), and Australia. So please feel free to purchase items on our website. 

*4. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping Options & Transit Time: We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping: $5.99

 Transit Time: Estimated 5-10 business days to US, UK, CA, AU;  Estimated 6-12 business days to other European countries.

2. Express Shipping: $15.99

 Transit Time: Estimated 3-5 business days to US, UK, CA, AU and other European countries.

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after we get your order details and payment. For the long-time holiday, we'll post the info on our website and reply you automatically via emails. 

*6. How will you ship our order?

Items are always shipped via airmail or registered airmail. We can also supply you EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT and so on. 

*7. Which shipping company are you used for the shipping?

Usually your local post office will ship the parcel to your address.

*8. How long will receive the order? (to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and European countries.)

• Estimated 5-10 business days by Standard Shipping.

*9. Can you send a confirmation or tracking information after shipping?

Yes, we will send you an email after the shipping, and you can also log in your account and check the order status or the tracking information.

*10. How can we have a return or refund?

If for some reason you're not satisfied with our service or product quality, please contact us within 30 days after you get the package, you can return the products to us in original package and we will refund your money after we get the package!(Shipping cost is not refundable and you should be responsible for the return shipping).

*11. What about the import taxes or duties?

Customers are responsible for the customs and import duties. We will declare the value as less as possible, but only on a reasonable basis.
