We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Is this label only for NIIMBOT M2? Can I use it on B-series thermal printers?

This is a thermal transfer label specially designed for NIIMBOT M2, also compatible with NIIMBOT M3. It CANNOT work with B1, B21, B2 or other direct‑thermal printers. Thermal transfer printing requires matching NIIMBOT ribbon cartridges, regular thermal paper will not work on M2.

With thermal transfer technology, the printed text and barcode can last 8–10 years. It is scratch-resistant, waterproof, oil-proof, UV-resistant and heat-resistant. Unlike direct thermal labels, it will not fade quickly under sunlight, high temperature or frequent rubbing, ideal for long-term asset marking and outdoor use.
