The NIIMBOT App supports features such as label editing, batch printing, template saving, and automatic label size detection, effectively reducing repetitive setup steps when handling various shipping, barcode, or warehouse labeling tasks.

The B4 printer integrates 203 DPI resolution, thermal printing technology, and automatic label alignment, while supporting label widths ranging from 0.78 to 4.33 inches. Additionally, the printed shipping labels are waterproof, moisture-resistant, tear-resistant, and scratch-resistant, making them ideal for logistics and shipping.

Designed for e-commerce office workflows: install the NIIMBOT software on your computer, select the B4 label printer, and connect via Bluetooth. Load the label paper, customize designs or batch-import data, preview the layout, and print with a single click—enabling the efficient creation of logistics and warehouse labels.

The standard package includes one NIIMBOT B4 label printer and a roll of white sample labels (100×150mm-20pcs White), allowing you to complete the initial setup and print your first batch of shipping labels right out of the box.

Shipping:

Processing Time： All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Transit Time： We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping ($5.99) 

• Transit Time: 5-10 business days to US, UK, CA, AU and other EU countries.
• Please note that shipping times may be extended by 3-5 business days during peak seasons or holidays.

2. Express Shipping ($15.99) 

• Transit Time: 3-5 business days.
• This premium option ensures faster delivery for your convenience.

Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
